Sally’s holistic approach treats the individual as a whole affecting you on all levels of your being. Physically, its benefits include relaxing and toning your muscles; assisting the venous flow of blood; increasing the hemoglobin level: encouraging the lymphatic flow; and stretching the connective tissue of joints. On a mental level her massages not only relieve stress and anxiety, they also help you to become more conscious of your body as a whole, of the parts that you are in touch with and of those that feel “cut off”. Using Reiki and acupressure help to create balance through the energetic body. With balance, one is less likely to need psychiatric medication; the everyday ups and down of life become more manageable. Spiritual growth is extremely important to many of us today, and when one is in a state of balance it is easier to mediate and pray, to listen to the inner voice and to act on higher guidance.
