The Studio Art School, located in the Clark's Market shopping center, provides extracurricular arts programming for community members and visitors of all ages. From Mommy and Me classes to lessons on our potter's wheels to kids' summer day camp, we have something for everyone! The Studio is also home to The Pottery Place, Crested Butte's contemporary ceramics studio where you can paint your own pottery! Open Tues-Sat 1pm to 6pm and Sun 11am to 5pm. Call (970) 349-2799 with questions. Our newest addition, the Shared Artist's Space (SASS) on our third floor, is a space for working artists. Members of SASS enjoy not only an incredible workspace, but access to our kiln, potter's wheels, glazes, easels, personal storage space, and more. Non-members have the opportunity to sign up for lessons on the potter's wheels or drop-in to use our equipment for the day with a day pass.
