The cabin style home gives the look and feel of the mountains, cleverly remodeled to bring in excellent sunlight into the homes 2300 square feet. Sweet knotty pine cabinets, 3 bedrooms+ loft bedroom, 4 full baths, massive stone fireplace and large backyard accent the properties spacious feel. The home is a 5 mintue walk to Elk Avenue shops, restaurants and the ski area shuttle.

Downstairs: The vaulted great room with its huge stone fireplace faces Mt. Crested Butte offering great views from inside the house and front lawn. A formal dinning room seats 10, opening to a spacious fully equiped kitchen. The back/south side of the home hosts a second family room/sun room with year round use, great for the kids or adults. The downstairs has one large bedroom (queen bed) with adjoing bath, like a 2nd master! Completing this floor is a 2nd full bath and laundry room. A carport opens into the house on the west side, the front door at the street view entrance.

Upstairs: A vaulted well appointed master bedroom (king bed) and deck offer gorgeous southern views of the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. The master has a private bath. The second upstairs bedroom host a double bed and bunk beds while loft area has two twins - great for kids. Completing the upstairs is a full bath which sits across the hall from the second bedroom and loft.
