The property address is 3 Peakview Drive. It is located in the Overlook development on Mount Crested Butte. The property itself is not ski-in/ski-out, however, you have access to a homeowner trail at the Summit. A short one minute drive over to the Summit, you may park right at the beginning of the homeowner trail, take a short ski down to the West Wall Lift, and enjoy your full day of skiing with ease!

There are 5 bedrooms with two kings, three queens, and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a twin bed available for set-up, for additional sleeping in the media room. The two master suites include fireplaces, flat screen TV’s, a refrigerator, Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. In its amazing and spacious great room, there is a wood burning fireplace and comfortable furnishings.
