The 4 Star Qualifiers in conjunction with the Freeride World Tour are going on today. Check it out in the famed extreme terrain on Sock-It-To-Me-Ridge. Dubbed the US Freesking Extreme Championships, this event is considered the longest standing freeski competition in the country. Competitors will show off their skills navigating ridgelines, chutes and cliffs. Be sure to cheer them on as they go for the win!
After a long day on the slopes head over to Butte 66 for après and our CB Unplugged concert. This free event kicks off at 4 pm this afternoon with the Shook Twins. Hailing from Portland, Oregon, the Shook Twins are an Indie folk-pop band that features an eclectic style of acoustic and electric instrumentation.

Welcome to the weekend Crested Butte! Today is February 11, 2017 and with more snow in the forecast it’s sure to be a fantastic Saturday. We have received 6 inches of new snow in 24 hours. Expect snow to continue to fall throughout the day with 5 to 9 inches possible. As you get your start this morning, we welcome you to take advantage of our fantastic corduroy and be sure to check out Panion’s Run, it’s our Groomer’s Choice of the Day.
