On this Thursday, the 10th of December, you can expect to ski fluffy powder all day as we have received 6 inches of snow in the past 48 hours and a whopping 31 inches in the past week! The chance of snow will continue today with temperatures reaching the mid teens. Tomorrow, the skies will clear and temperatures will rise to the mid 20's. Snow will return for the weekend, making the skiing get better everyday! In addition to the great weather we are having, Silver Queen Lift will be opening today for the 2009-2010 ski season! This will open up even more terrain, giving you access to 46 total runs, spread across 306 acres, 221 of which have been groomed. Red Lady Express, Paradise Lift and the Magic Carpet, will also be running leading you to plenty of glorious trails settled on a powder packed 31 inch base. The hard working ski patrol, groomers and snowmakers, along with Mother Nature continue to work diligently day and night creating an incredible base and opening new terrain every day to make your day of skiing and riding better than ever!
