Good Morning skiers and riders! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Today is Monday January 11th and this is your official snow report for Crested Butte Mountain Resort! It is shaping up to be another beautiful day on the Hill! I love those Colorado bluebird skies, and that is exactly what the weather experts are predicting we will be enjoying for the next two days! So be sure and grab yourselves some sunscreen at the base area today and lather up! Temperatures will also become increasingly warmer as the week progresses with highs expected to reach the lower thirties! We should begin to see clouds roll in by the middle of the week, and snow is expected to fall Wednesday and Thursday. Today, you can hop on any one of 14 lifts that will transport you around the Mountain. With 554 acres of terrain open, you'll have plenty of runs to keep you entertained on the Hill, including 84 fun filled trails. Fifty nine of those trails have been groomed, and the groomers have chosen Gallowich to East River as their pick for best groomed run on the Mountain today. We've has a season total snowfall of 106 inches leaving us will a nice 37 inch base. Skies are clear as the day breaks and the conditions on the Mountain will be packed powder.
