Today is Tuesday, February 9th, 2010 and it's going to be another unforgettable day on the slopes as 10 inches of snow has fallen on the mountain in the past 7 days, 7 of which fell in the past 48 hours! So far this season, Crested Butte has been gifted with 155 inches, creating for a stellar 52 inch base. In addition to the phenomenal snow conditions, the weather is looking just as great, as temperatures are expected to reach the mid 20's today and there is a chance of snow for the rest of the week! No matter what your weekly plans are, make sure some of them will be skiing or riding on Crested Butte's infamous terrain!

14 out of 16 lifts are open and running, leading you to 1144 skiable acres, 380 of which have been groomed to perfection. In other words, 110 trails are open, 64 of which are groomed by the hard working groomers, who recommend Championship as their groomer's choice today. On top of the groomer's always reliable recommendation, you have many options to choose from as 100% of beginner, intermediate and advanced terrain is open, as well as 95% of the extreme terrain.
