It's another beautiful morning here on the slopes of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. On this lovely 3rd day in March, brace yourself for another incredible day on the hill. You can expect temperatures to reach the mid 30's today with partly cloudy skies and a 30% chance for snow. Temperatures will remain in the comfortable 30 degree range with a mix of sun and clouds through the rest of the week. Over 180 inches of snow has fallen on Crested Butte's legendary slopes, making the 55 inch base ski and riding beautifully.
Enjoy the view today from any of the 15 lifts that are open, giving you access to 1144 skiable acres, 370 of which have been perfectly groomed by Crested Butte's hard working groomers, who recommend International as their trail of choice today. Take your pick from any of the 111 runs that are open, ranging from the smoothest cruisers to leg working bump runs spread throughout the mountain. On top of a plethora of slopes open, Crested Butte Mountain also has 3 terrain parks, including the Canaan Terrain Park, The Painter Boy Terrain Park and the Terrain Park located on Warming House Hill, that all have obstacles and features for all levels of jibbers. Regardless of what you're up for today, Crested Butte Mountain Resort has something out there for everyone!
