On Friday and Saturday, December 9 and 10, stop by the Liberty Demo Van in front of Elevation Hotel and Spa and test ride a pair of this season’s skis. Later, in Butte 66 Liberty Skis and Coors are sponsoring a happy hour. Purchase a pint or bottle of Coors or Coors Light from 3-6 pm and receive a raffle ticket for a pair of Liberty Skis to be drawn at 6:00 pm. On Saturday, December 10th, in front of the Colorado Freeskier, Armada will also have demos available throughout the day.

Here are the stats for today. We currently have a total of 280 acres of open terrain, including 163 acres of groomed terrain. 44% of our mountain is open to skiers and riders, and we're hoping to get more terrain on line this weekend. 49% of our beginner and intermediate terrain is open, as well as 27% of advanced terrain. We have 5 lifts shuttling skiers and riders to 40 trails, 19 of which have been groomed. Our Groomer's Choice for today is Paradise Bowl. Today you can expect classic Colorado bluebird skies, with a high temperature of 29 degrees and a low temperature of 2 degrees. Make your reservations today for the Moonlight Snowshoe Tour tomorrow night from 6:30-8:30 pm. If enjoying the night sky is on your list of things to do, then join us for an evening under the moon. Take a relaxing ride on a Snowcat to the top of the Red Lady Express where guests are dropped off to enjoy snowshoeing back down the mountain trails to the base area.
