A hoy skiers and riders, it’s time to wake up and prepare yourselves for Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s Opening Day of the 2015-2016 ski season. Wear your best pirate costume and join the festivities beginning at 9:00 am at the Red Lady Lift, where a champagne toast will only be the start of what CBM Arrg has in store for you on this 25th day in November of 2015. Not only is it SKI FREE for everyone today, but it’s free skiing and riding on 11 diverse trails, spread across 68 acres, accessed by the 5 lifts that are open and spinning, all sitting on an 18 inch base.
Mother Nature has kicked started this season well, by dumping 32 inches on the mountain so far this season and more is headed our way tonight!
