Get ready to fly through the air and among the treetops on the new Crested Butte Zipline Tour. Come check out Crested Butte’s most-talked about adventure in the valley. Even better, it’s open in the winter! For reservations go to the Adventure Center or call 970.349.2211. Tours meet at the yurt, located by the kids’ learning area. You won’t want to miss this 2-hour excursion! Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s snowshoe tour is a unique way to experience the majestic surroundings of the valley. Tours explore areas of the mountain where few skiers go. Participants learn about the history of the area and qualities of the local ecosystem. Tours last about two and a half hours and include a guide, snowshoes, poles, a lift ride, water, and a light snack. Tours leave at 12:30 p.m. daily. For more information and reservations stop by the Mountain Concierge desk in the Adventure Center or call 970.349.4554. Looking for a cozy place to enjoy Après-ski? Stop by Trackers in Mountaineer Square to enjoy fireside couches, outdoor patio and a more intimate bar setting. Kids can play by the fire, while adults enjoy a beverage and maybe even a “das boot”.
