Happy holidays from Crested Butte Mountain Resort! Today is Saturday, December 24, 2016.
Another early gift popped up under the tree this morning with 4 inches of new snow in the last 24 hours and 12 inches of fresh snow in the last 48 hours! On this bluebird day we have 385 acres of groomed trails and 695 acres of total open terrain spread out over our 13 open lifts. Prospect Lift will be open today with Headwall and High Lift opening for the season tomorrow, Christmas Day!
Tonight, watch from the Butte 66 deck as Santa comes down the mountain in a sleigh pulled by a snowcat! Get in the holiday spirit as he hands out candy canes to all the good little boys and girls.
