I have a dream that everyone takes a break on this Monday, the 16th day in January of 2017, to ski or ride Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s incredible 83 inch base, which received 1 inch of fresh snow overnight! On this Martin Luther King Jr. Day, feel free to enjoy the 100 trails that are open, spread across over 1000 acres of skiable terrain, with 67 of those trails groomed to excellence. There are 15 lifts open, taking you to these slopes; and make sure to swing on over to Floresta, as it’s the groomer’s choice of the day. In the mood for some more excitement on Crested Butte Mountain Resort? How about driving one of our very own snowcats and learning how those hard working groomers make such pristine corduroy on the slopes?! After spending a glorious day on the slopes, what better way to end it than with a thirst quenching drink in front of a warm fire?
