Good morning everyone! It sure has been a warm few weeks here at Crested Butte, but starting tonight it is looking like Crested Butte could get an inch or two more for you to enjoy! If you’re looking to get some more laps in before the mountain closes, we still have a solid base of 70 inches and three and a half weeks more to get your fix!
If you’re looking for something different to do, but still want to slide on some snow, give cross country skiing a try! Crested Butte has a well-earned reputation for being the Nordic ski capital of Colorado! Crested Butte Nordic grooms 55 kilometers of trails for classic and skate skiing, winding through the open valley and into the Aspen groves and pine forests. This could be a great way to spend a sunny day!
