Wakey, wakey to new terrain and fresh powder turns galore as the Silver Queen starts turning it’s wheels today, Friday, December 6, 2013. The last system to move through did not disappoint, dropping 17 inches on our mountain and bringing our season total to 73 inches! Our early season total open acreage now stands at 340, but look for that number to jump as the East River lift cranks up first thing tomorrow morning! Currently, 54% of our astounding terrain is available and covered in a 42 inch base. 5 lifts are running to drop you down on 46 trails, 29 of which are groomed to Colorado’s Best Corduroy. The groomers sent word that International is the choice run today, so make sure to take a few laps.
