Good morning Crested Butte and welcome to another beautiful day in Paradise on December 22, 2013. Twelve open lifts will zip you around to 662 acres and 86 trails of awesome open terrain. All skill levels can revel in 100% open beginner, intermediate, advanced, and even 18% open extreme terrain! Do not forget to check out the recently open terrain in the Prospect Area for some great turns. A 41 inch base blankets this dynamite area, so check out the view from the top of the Silver Queen and cruise on down to today's groomers choice International! The annual gingerbread house competition is back again this year, with a new location! Join us at the Lodge at Mountaineer Square in Trackers on Sunday, December 22nd for some holiday fun. Gingerbread House submissions must be delivered to Trackers in the Lodge at Mountaineer Square (next to Camp 4 Coffee) between noon and 3 PM. A cash prize is on the line for contestants so get creative and have fun! Book 3 or more nights of lodging and 3 or more days of skiing and receive your 4th night of lodging and your 4th day of skiing free!
