It's going to be another beautiful day on the slopes of Crested Butte Mountain Resort on this Tuesday, the 30th day of November. With temperatures reaching the lower 20's today and the sun shining, it's the ideal day to perfect those turns on the 217 skiable acres open, 180 of which have been groomed by the hard working groomers. Twenty-nine exciting and diverse trails are open that can accessed by the three lifts running including Paradise Lift, Red Lady Express and the Aspen Magic Carpet. Whether it's Colorado's best corduroy you're after or leg burning bump runs, Crested Butte Mountain Resort has something for all to enjoy!

Don't forget your sunscreen today as Colorado's infamous sun is expected to shine brightly throughout the day, but tomorrow the clouds will roll back in bringing a 30% chance for more snow, which will add on to the 4 inches of snow the mountain received in the past 48 hours, and a total of 92 inches so far this year. Together with Mother Nature, the diligent snow makers and groomers have opened 33% of beginner and intermediate terrain lying on a 37 inch base that is skiing better than ever. The whole mountain team is continuing to work hard day and night, opening more terrain throughout the week, so keep your ears and eyes peeled as more terrain becomes skier and rider friendly.

It's still the beginning of the season, so don't feel bad if your legs are sore after a day of skiing or riding some of Colorado's best terrain. In fact, why not start the day off right, by energizing your body with scrumptious and hearty food helping you last longer on the slopes. The Woodstone Grill, located in the Grand Lodge serves a delicious breakfast buffet daily that will not only make your tastebuds happy, but will fuel your body for a fun days work. Also, mark your calendars for December 3, the grand opening of breakfast at Jefe's, located in Mountaineer Square, where breakfast burritos will be yet another option for you start your day with a bang. In the meantime, Jefe's is serving up delectable burritos, tacos and more starting at 11:00 am.
