Crested Butte Mountain Resort is helping all you Irish folk out there celebrate this great day by offering a little something Irish, plus food and drink specials all day at Butte 66. Wash down the bangers and mash they’ll be serving with an Irish Car Bomb or a delicious Guinness while listening to music by Chuck Grossman!
Explore the mountain in a new way with Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s snowshoe tour where you will learn about the history of the area and qualities of the local ecosystem. Tours last about two and a half hours and include a guide, snowshoes, poles, a lift ride, water, and a light snack. Tours leave at 12:30 p.m. daily. Top of the mornin’ to you on this sunny St. Patrick’s Day at Crested Butte Mountain Resort! The pot of gold you’re looking for is lying on the 118 slopes in the form of 10 inches of snow that fell in the last 3 days, making for one powder-packed 60 inch base. With temperatures reaching the upper 30’s, it’s a superb day to take a rest on the 15 lifts spinning, leading you to 1091 skiable acres. If your legs are looking for some cruisers to take a break on, there are 54 groomed trails for you; and be sure to head down Paradise Bowl, it’s the groomer’s choice of the day!
