Special Announcements
It’s another amazing weekend to be on the slopes of Crested Butte Mountain Resort on this super Saturday, March 19, 2016, where you’ll find incredible spring skiing conditions with bluebird skies and temps in the upper 30’s. A soft 57 inch base blankets the 118 diverse trails that are available for your riding pleasure, 54 of which have been smoothed out to Colorado’s Best Corduroy. We have 15 lifts running this morning to serve up the 1,091 acres currently open and since 96% of our mountain is accessible, fun is sure to be had for all skill levels from the beginner to the expert. Our professional grooming staff have issued word that Lower Ruby Chief is the choice run for the best corduroy turns on the hill.

Announcements
It’s spring in the mountains, which equals sun, skiing and some great live music here in Crested Butte. Today marks the seventh year we have hosted our annual spring concert, Skitown Breakdown. This year, artist KT Tunstall will be heading up the show. The concert is open to all ages and starts with local artists Casey Mae and Tyler Lucas at 3:30 p.m. followed by KT Tunstall. This is going to be one heck of a good show in the Adventure Park tent, so put on those dancing boots and get out to shake a leg.

Our spring season pass sale has launched! Purchase your 2016-2017 Peak or Peak Plus Pass and lock in last year's early season pass pricing! Available online now through April 3.

Beautiful conditions and amazing live music are reasons enough for me to be headed out the door. Hope to see you on the hill!
