Good morning, good people. This is Colorado's very own Snow Betty with the snow report for Crested Butte Mountain Resort on Saturday, March 24, 2012. Here are the quick and dirty stats for today. We currently have a total of 1076 acres of open terrain, including 350 acres of groomed terrain. We have 15 lifts shuttling skiers and riders to a grand total of 95 trails, 74 of which have been groomed. Our Groomer's Choice for today is Upper Keystone, which is one of my favorite runs on the mountain and can be accessed via the Silver Queen Express. The Superpipe is freshly cut and waiting for you to try some new tricks. And lastly, today you can expect classic Colorado bluebird skies, with temps moving into the low to mid 50's. Hello Spring!
