Good morning all skiers and riders. DC checking in here with another day of fun in the sun here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort this fine Sunday, November 25, 2012. We'll be putting it down on 8 open trails of beginner and intermediate terrain covering 59 acres serviced by 4 lifts a spinnin'. Groomer's choice looks to Keystone for a smooth ride and glide, but hey, they're all good!
Still a little wobbly legged this early season? Fear not-our award winning Ski and Ride School is here and ready to set you straight. Stop by the desk in the Axtel building at the base of the Silver Queen lift.
When the legs are done and the sun begins to fade, grab a seat at Butte 66 for the apres set, perhaps stick around for your Sunday supper from the roadhouse style menu featuring phat burgers and shakes just like your favorite drive in, but alas, the 66 has much better views!
One last pass with the scraper on the wax, and I'm out the door myself. See you on the hill!
