Are you new to the mountain? We’ll show you around our lifts, trails and best green and blue runs so you can feel comfortable navigating the mountain on your own. It’s a great way to kick off your visit and meet fellow skiers – friends have definitely been made on these tours! So bring the family or your group to the base area. Tours meet at 9:45 a.m. and begin at 10 a.m. daily.

Rise and shine, it is time to hit the slopes at Crested Butte Mountain Resort! While the first day of spring is still two days away, today is certainly going to feel like a spring day today with a high in the upper 40’s. The warm temperatures that we’ve been receiving lately have created excellent spring conditions, particularly in the afternoon when the sun softens up our 72” base! Enjoy the spring-like conditions around the mountain, and don’t forget to cruise over to Treasury – our groomer’s choice of the day! Be sure to save some energy for après ski as CBMR’s seventh annual SkiTown Breakdown concert is live within the base area! We are thrilled to have the Colorado jamgrass revolutionaries, Leftover Salmon, performing this FREE spring concert beginning at 4:30 pm. The concert will be taking place on snow near the base of the Red Lady and Silver Queen Lifts. Odell Brewing Co. and LandShark Lager will be available to everyone ages 21 and up, but please be prepared to show your I.D. On Tuesday, March 21, celebrate the beginning of spring by taking a snowcat-drawn sleigh ride to the Umbrella Bar at Ten Peaks for a Sunset Soiree! As the sleigh departs the base area at 5:15 pm, guests will be inspired by the longer days, beautiful views and alpenglow all while leading up to a delicious buffet dinner on the mountain. After the event, guests will enjoy another sleigh ride back down to the base.
