Almost FOUR FEET of snow have fallen on the slopes in the last 7 days, 10 inches of which came down in the last 48 hours, giving you a powder-packed 63 inch base. The sunny skies and lower 30 temps make it an incredible day to ride on any of the 14 lifts, guiding you to the 94 open trails, 58 of which are coated with Colorado’s best corduroy. No matter where you point your skis or board, you’re sure to have a stellar day, but be sure to check out Black Eagle, as it’s the groomer’s choice of the day.

Looking for another way to enjoy all the powder? Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s snowshoe tour is a unique way to experience the majestic surroundings of the valley and with the knowledge of your local guide, you will learn about the history of the area and so much more! Tours leave at 12:30 pm daily. For more information, stop by the Adventure Center or call 970.349.4554. Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoe tours, and there's even an Adventure Park, where you can enjoy activities like the Tubing Hill, The Flying Gopher Mini Golf Course, Rock Climbing and the Bungee Trampoline, which are all open from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm. We sure do put the "fun" in "fun in the sun"! There is so much excitement here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort, you simply don’t want to miss out!
