Good morning and welcome to College Ski Week! This is Colorado's very own Snow Betty with the snow report for Crested Butte Mountain Resort on Wednesday, January 4, 2012. Today we are looking at clear blue, sunny skies with a high temperature of 39 degrees. We now have a total of 478 acres of terrain open, including 253 groomed acres of "Colorado's Best Corduroy." Today you can ski and ride a total of 60 trails, with 30 groomed trails. The hand-picked Groomer's Choice for today is International, which is accessible from the Silver Queen Lift. The mountain is 73% open, with 93% beginner and intermediate and 65% advanced. There are 12 lifts open to shuttle you up the mountain and the Superpipe, Keystone Jib Park and Painter Boy Park are open for all you jibbers out there.
