Special Announcements
Awake snow enthusiasts to the grand opening of The Silver Queen Lift, just in time for a bit of snow here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort on this super Saturday, December 5, 2015. A BIG “thanks” goes out to the Mountain Ops team for working so hard to provide even more terrain for us to play on, as we now see 32% of our amazing mountain open and ready to be carved. In addition to the Silver Queen, 5 more lifts will be spinning their wheels leading you to the 33 stellar trails, 26 of which have been nicely groomed to some of the best corduroy you’ll find in Colorado. A 23 inch base covers all 200 acres of terrain currently accessible and if the best groomed turns on the hill are what you crave, look no further than Upper Ruby Chief, our groomers choice run of the day.

Announcements
With amazing ski conditions and new terrain to shred, you’ll want to make sure you fuel the body for a full day on the slopes. That means it’s time to hit up the Woodstone Grille. Open from 7am - 10am, the Woodstone Grille will provide a hearty breakfast to ensure you have the energy it takes to go from first chair to last chair.

Ski for just $37 dollars tomorrow, if you donate three non-perishable non-expired food items from 8 am- noon in the Adventure Center. In an effort to help the local community, Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR) is hosting a food drive tomorrow, December 6, to support both the Crested Butte and Gunnison food banks.

Don’t forget the flat light lens today, as there is a 50% chance for pow pow to fall from the skies! I hope to see you all on the hill!

Uphill guests are now permitted to travel to the top of Paradise Lift unless there is early morning control work.
