Announcements
Good morning, my people, and welcome to Spring Break in the Butte! This is Colorado's very own Snow Betty with the snow report for Crested Butte Mountain Resort on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. We've ordered up some bluebird skies for you today, and temps will rise into the mid to high 40's. Thanks to CBMR's reputable on-mountain staff, we've got 15 lifts up and running, 97 trails waiting for you and super smooth groomers like the Groomer's Choice for today, Warming House Hill.

As if that isn't enough, "the Butte" touts the most breathtaking scenery in Colorado, always camera-ready and VERY hard to forget. Even those of us who live here have to pinch ourselves every once in a while to confirm that we actually live in this mountain paradise. Be sure to enjoy all 360 degrees as you ski, ride and relax on the mountain today.

With 98% of our terrain open, Southwestern Colorado's only Superpipe, and more Extreme terrain than you'll know what to do with, Crested Butte should be on your calendar for the next two months. With the Colorado 3 for All Pass you can ski or ride this season AND next season. Get a three visit pass at discounted rates to ski or ride between March 23 and April 8, or November 21 through December 20, 2012. These discounted rates are available for a limited time only and must be purchased by Wednesday, March 21. Adult passes are $177, and passes are also available for kiddos, young adults and seniors. Learn more at www.skicb.com/3forall.

I've already bought my tickets for this weekend's events on the mountain, and even though it's only Hump Day, I'm gearing up for two full days of skiing, epic music by renowned artists and checking out some new green products with my friends. It's FestEvol and if you haven't yet purchased your tickets, there's still time! Concert tickets for the Barenaked Ladies and Pete Kilpatrick Band on Saturday, and for Big Head Todd & the Monsters and Guster on Sunday are under $30 for each day. If you want to ski and stay in the Butte as well, bundle everything together and save big. To learn more about FestEvol, go to skicb.com and click on FestEvol under Things to Do in the Butte. Buy your tickets online, invite some friends and I'll see you there!
