The SNOW is falling on Crested Butte Mountain Resort today, Friday, January 15, 2016 , as we see a 2 inches of fresh pow blanket our mountain overnight with more expected to fall throughout the day. Grab the flat light lens as you head out to catch a ride on any of the 14 lifts cranked up to serve you 86 snow covered trails. A soft, 43 inch base is spread across 754 acres of amazing terrain, 310 of which have been shaped up to “Colorado’s Best Corduroy” by our professional grooming staff, who have issued word that Lower International packs the best groomed turns on the hill!

This thrilling experience includes a shuttle to the site, operational instruction and actual, live drive time! Stop by the Mountain Concierge desk in the Adventure Center or call 970-349-4554 to make your appointment today. Take a break and fuel the body at Jefe’s, located in Mountaineer Square. Enjoy a fast, easy lunch consisting of create-your-own tacos and burritos, while sipping an ice cold beer or margarita on the patio. Jefe’s is open daily from 11am - 4pm. Unless you just won the lotto, I’m betting you’ll enjoy just about anything for FREE and now when you fly Alaska Airlines from LAX to GUC (Gunnison) during your stay between now and 03/26/16, you can receive a FREE lift ticket. That’s right! Ski FREE at Crested Butte Mountain Resort the day you depart from Gunnison (GUC) with your Alaska Airlines Boarding Pass (departure times are late afternoon allowing time for a free day of skiing). Present your same-day of departure Alaska Airlines boarding pass with a matching photo ID at the Adventure Center ticket office located in Mountaineer Square to receive a complimentary lift ticket valid on day of departure.
