More snow moves in today, January 19, 2016, as we see 2 inches of fresh pow blanket our mountain overnight, with the potential for another 6 inches to fly from now though Thursday here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort! This brings our season total to just over SEVEN FEET and our bumps our base measurement up to 44 soft, cushiony inches. All 15 lifts are spinning their wheels this morning to lead you to 96 fun filled trails, 59 of which have been smoothed out to the finest corduroy you’ll find in Colorado. All skill levels will find challenge and excitement as 100% of our beginner, Intermediate and advance terrain is open as well as 51% of the extreme territory that is available for those adrenaline junkies. If you prefer to seek out the best groomed turns on the hill, look no further than Lower Keystone, our groomer’s top choice run of the day.

Want to meet some new women ski buddies? Join the new Women’s Tips on Tuesdays clinic, which starts today. Come ski with like-minded women to get some ski tips, followed by tipping a glass of wine at our new Umbrella Bar.  This is a women’s specific Ski School session, which is guided by our top women professionals.  Sessions will go from 1:30pm to 3:30pm and will conclude with an après ski glass of wine, or non-alcoholic beverage, which is included in the session price of $65.  This product is for skiing levels 3-7 and is designed to be specific for women wanting guides, instruction, and a great skiing atmosphere.  Please call (970) 349-2211 or go to the Adventure Center ticket office to sign up today.
