Good morning to all snow sports enthusiasts from a beautiful, snow packed Crested Butte Mountain Resort on this very fine Friday, February 5, 2016! The 2.5 feet of fresh pow that has fallen in the last seven days, made way for some pretty amazing conditions over all 1,051 acres of powderific terrain available! Over 10.5 Feet of snowfall down so far this season ensures that all of your favorite powder stashes are skiing their best and we have 15 lifts that are spinning their wheels to get you there with ease. Rip turns down any of the 111 trails currently available, 58 of which have been shaped in to Colorado’s Best Corduroy. If you seek the smoothest groomed turns on the hill, look no further than Jokerville, our groomer’s choice run of the day.

Enjoy après ski at the Butte 66, located at the base of the Red Lady Lift, for live music, food and drinks!  This is where you’ll want to be every other Friday afternoon this winter to enjoy live music in an intimate setting featuring local talent! Today starting at 3:30pm Just How will be spinning his tunes until 5:30pm. Join our Ski Patrol at Butte 66 for the annual Attitude Adjustment Party tonight. The doors will open at 7:00 p.m. with smaller donations handed out as door prizes for those first in line.  Music will start at approximately 8:00 pm. Raffle tickets will be available prior to the event at Ski Patrol Headquarters, in the Axtel Building, and throughout the evening of the fundraiser.  Tickets cost $10 which includes your first beer! Enjoy a unique dining experience with a Ulye’s Sleighride Dinner!  Take an unforgettable ride in an open sleigh pulled by a snow cat up to a cabin nestled in the woods and prepare to have your taste buds tantalized with a crafty menu of Colorado cuisine with French influences.  After dinner, bundle up for the sleigh ride back down to the base area.  Advanced reservations are required and dinners are offered Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.  Call 1-970-349-4554 to book your Uley’s Sleighride Dinner this week!
