Today Big Mountain Competitors will compete on Crested Butte’s legendary extremes in the 2 Star World Qualifier Event. The venue today is Hawk’s Nest, off of the North Face Lift. These athletes will compete for the wildcard slot in the 4 Star World Qualifiers happening tomorrow and Sunday. Head to the bottom of Hawks Nest to cheer these athletes on as they huck cliffs, ski fast, and put on a show starting at 9:30am! Join us for après ski at the Butte 66 located at the base of the Red Lady Lift for live music, drinks and food!  Live music in an intimate setting featuring local talent - this is where you'll want to be every other Friday afternoon this winter! Today local artist, Scotty Leith is jamming out. 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. With another amazing day in store, I’ve got my gear in hand am one foot out the door. Hope to see you on the hill!
