Good morning and welcome to another bluebird day in Paradise! On this Tuesday, the last day in January of 2017, you can expect mostly sunny skies with temperatures reaching the upper 20’s. All 15 lifts will be running today giving you access to 108 diverse and exciting trails spread across 1148 skiable acres. The hard working groomers continue to work throughout the night creating Colorado’s best corduroy on 68 of those runs and recommend Lower Gallowich as their groomer’s choice of the day!
We all know the winter can be long and you might start missing your bike. Here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort, we will help you get your pedal fix in by renting a fat bike. They might look goofy, but these big-tired bikes sure are fun to ride! Stop by the Adventure Center to learn where and when you can ride on the mountain and all the other good stuff that will get you pedaling in no time!
The Super Bowl is filled with delicious food, good company and some awesome commercials; and here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort it helps us determine how much Monday’s lift ticket will cost. That’s right, the price of Monday’s full day lift ticket will be based on the final combined scores of Sunday’s game, capping at $65 in case it’s a high scoring game. Monday could be a very cheap way to ski or ride Colorado’s last great ski mountain! Stay tuned!
