Announcements
It’s another beautiful day in paradise here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Today is Thursday, February 9, 2017 and we have received 1 inch in the past 24 hours, 10 inches in 48 hours and 20 inches this week. Our grooming team worked hard through the night to deliver 68 groomed trails for your carving enjoyment. Make sure to cruise down Smith Hill, it’s our groomer’s choice of the day!

After a morning full of fast and fun turns take a quick break at one of our favorite lunch spots. Located in the base area, Jefes serves up traditional Mexican fare made just for you. Or, enjoy a margarita with some chips and salsa after your day on the slopes! Jefes is open daily 11 am to 4 pm.

Get your pedal fix in this winter by fat biking! Resort bike access is only allowed before and after the resort operating hours of 9 am to 4 pm. Guests will need to stop by the Adventure Center to review the biking policy, sign a waiver and receive a sticker for their pass. Fat bike rentals are also available at the Crested Butte Rental & Demo Center for $55 a day.

Grab your sunscreen as today will be sunny with temps in the low-40s. However, the forecast is calling for up to another foot of new snow this weekend. Snow is predicted to start falling Saturday morning through Sunday morning. Get ready to party powder people, more fresh tracks are in-store for all!
