IIt’s a great start to the weekend on this beautiful bluebird Saturday, January 19, 2013. This is Powder Hound fetching it up from Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Our sunny skies and high of 30*F make it an absolutely gorgeous day to be on the hill. 11 of our lifts are cranking to slide you off on 79 trails of which 29 are groomed in Colorado’s Best Corduroy. 95% of our mountain is now opened up with 100% of the beginner/intermediate terrain ready and 98% of advance terrain waiting for your planks to rip it up! We have 548 acres now open with a base measurement of 25 inches. Our season total is at nearly 7 feet, so grab the gear and head out the door for some fun in the sun! Cruise on over to Upper Keystone and take a few laps as the Groomers are saying it is the “choice” today!
