Summertime in Crested Butte

Color is coming back to Crested Butte - fueled with all the May moisture we had. Trails are opening up, wildflowers are starting to bloom, and flower pots are appearing in town marking the official start to our summer season.

Keep an eye on our Mountain Bike Trail Report above, it'll be updated regularly on trail conditions by the good folks at the CB Mountain Bike Association.

2008/09 was another excellent season for Crested Butte Mountain Resort, the season ended with a 60 inch base! The lifts will start up again soon providing access to the Summer Trails system on the mountain.

After a day of adventure, have a delicious meal in one of the many great restaurants in Crested Butte. Menus for Le Bosquet, The Last Steep, Donita's Cantina, The Timberline and Maxwells can be found in our Restaurant Guide. Live music, theatre and dance keep the night scene happening.
